For further strengthening the public security management, maintaining the social order and ensuring the travelers safety, we specially formulate this regulations as follows:

1. To check in, register with your own ID card, and for a person who drives a car shall register together with his own ID card and the car’s plate number.

2. After settling down, be sure to lodge in your own room and not allow to change rooms with others privately. If having any requirement, consult the attendant.

3. You are not allowed to put up others for the night. If going out , tell the attendant to lock the door well for safety.

4. After settling down, please deposit the valuable articles in the reception desk, otherwise, you will be held responsible for the consequence arising therefrom. you are not allowed to bring any inflammable, explosive, and poisonous dangerous articles and firearms and ammunitions, in the hotel, please submit to the relevant departments for keeping. Top secret papers, for fear of losing, shall be taking with you all the time.

5. Please take care all the utilities in the hotel, anything damaged , shall be compensated according to the original cost.

6. Any disturbance and making trouble after getting drunk are forbidden in the hotel.

7. Be sure coming back the hotel before 11:00 pm. If you have any special occasion, please let the attendant know. Don’t make noise after turning off the light so as not to interfere with others’ sleeping.

8. Be sure always taking the registration card with you whatever you return or go out. Person without the registration card will not be allowed to get into the room in order to avoid evildoers sneak into.

9. Before checking out, remember to settle your lodging expenses. Following the international practice, we charge the accommodation fee as follows: you will be charged for one day if you check out before 12:00 at noon next day, if you exceed 12:00 at noon, charge more for half of the day., and if you exceed 6:00 pm, charge more for another whole day. If you registered , but neither accommodate nor making check out , we will still charge you for the added days. If you check in and stay not for an whole hour, you’ll be charged for half of the day.

10. If you meet with the officers from the public security department to inspect the hotel, please show you credentials and truthfully answer the questions they ask.
